- TURMERIC – 1 1/2 TSP

- CORRIANDER CUMIN POWDER – 02 TSP
- CUMIN SEED – 01 TSP
- SALT – 01 TSP
- AAMCHUR POWDER – 1/2 TSP
- CORRIANDER LEAF – FEW
- GROUNDNUT OIL – 10 TSP
- WATER – 01 CUP
- BHATURE
- WHEAT FLOUR – 300 GMS
- SALT – 01 TSP
- GROUNDNUT OIL – 01 TSP
- WATER – 1/2 CUP
- BOILED POTATA – 250 GMS
Process of preparing Chole Bhature Recipe:
- Firstly, in a pressure cooker take soaked chana. i have soaked 1 cup chana in enough water for 8 hours.
- Add Salt as per taste and Water to get the chana dipped inside.
- Cover the lid of the pressure cooker and wait for 6-7 whistles.
- Once the pressure releases, open the cooker and check the chana by pressing using finger & keep aside.
- In a large kadai, heat Groundnut oil, add Cumin seed & the Tomato, Onion Purry, also add the spices & salt to taste & saute on low flame until the spices turn aroamtic.
- now add boiled chole and mix well. adjust consistency by adding the leftover water used for boiling chole chana if required.
- Cover and simmer for 10 minutes, or until chole absorbs all the flavour.
- Add turmeri, chilli powder, corriander cumin powder and garam masala.
- Cover the Pan with the dish & let it saute for few min till the chole mixes well with the gravy.
- Now add corriander leaf and mix well.
- finally, chole bhature is ready to enjoy with some onions.
Process of preparing Bhature Recipe:
- In a large bowl take Wheat Flour, add salt as per taste & boiled Potatoes to make a soft dough by using little by little water and knead the dough.
- Grease the dough with oil, cover and rest for few minutes.
- After few minutes knead the dough slightly.
- Take a ball sized dough and make a ball without any cracks
- Roll slightly thick, applying oil to prevent from sticking.
- Heat the Groundnut oil in the pan while we make the bhature.
- Drop the rolled dough into the hot oil.
- Press until the bhature puffs up and splash oil to puff up fully.
- Flip over and fry until it turns golden brown.
- Finally, drain off the Bhatura and is ready to enjoy with chole masala
